The Treehouse Voyage Review
I had a little trouble getting started in this book because the first couple of chapters are pretty technical about the building of the boat. Had I read the author's website before reading the book or while in that section I would not have taken so much time to attempt to wrap my mind around how the boat was built.After getting past the technical parts of building the boat, the story was beautifully told. Vivid descriptions, historical accounts, entertaining story, character progression - it had it all.
The ending is perfect. It doesn't leave you feeling like there HAS TO BE a sequel, but leaves you WANTING a sequel.
