Marine Starter for Mercury, Mariner, Yamaha Outboard Starters Review

We ordered this starter for a mercury 25 horse outboard from amazon. It was a vender direct sale from DB electrical, when we received the starter it was no good out of the box.
We had to jump through hoops to get a return because amazon said it was sold to us by DB electrical so they had to refund our money, DB elec. had to be notified twice to send a return lable and we lost our 23.00 shipping fee. The price was very cheap compared to other vendors, you know what they say... If it sounds to good to be true....
Would not purchase any thing like this from amazon again..
